S.K.P. Engineering College (SKPEC), Tiruvannamalai, has placed 110 students among its 2009 pass outs in various middle level companies all over India through a recruitment camp organised in the college campus.

"The candidates may not remain working in the same companies for ages. But this should be a good opening for them. They should earn good name for themselves, the alma mater and the State in their maiden employment, so that the employer could like for candidates from this part of the nation. Salary range of the selected candidates is between Rs. 14,500 – Rs. 18,000 during 6 month probationary period and it may raise considerably after that. They could not always get a good employment in their backyard,"
