Bhagiyaraj turns villain

He first revolutionized screenplay, being hailed even today as the master of interesting screenplay in film circles. And then, as an actor, he broke that the protagonist had to be a do-gooder, good looker or good dancer. And the next role that Bhagiyaraj seems to be braced to do is that of a villain.

Yes, you saw that right. The man who has had us in splits with his no frills humour, often with adult content, is all set to turn grey. This is for the film 'Kulasekaranum Koolippadayum'.

The flick is being directed by Siva, who had earlier directed the Sangeetha starrer 'Dhanam'. The film, which went on to win him a lot of acclaim, had Sangeetha reprising the role of a sex worker. Siva is a protégé of director K Balachandar, and will soon begin his next project.

Though details about the film are yet to be known, it is now confirmed that Bhagiyaraj will play a baddie.
