Visually challenged can write judge's exam

A Division Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court comprising Justice Ghulam Mohammed and Justice Vilas V. Afzulpurkar on Thursday permitted R. Varahalaswamy who is hundred percent visually challenged to write screening examination for Junior Civil Judge Posts to be held on Sunday.

The Bench was passing these interim orders in a writ petition filed by R.Varahalaswamy who challenged the action of the authorities in rejecting his application to participate in the selection process. Visually challenged can write judge's exam
