Job Description:
Key Result Areas:
1) Maintain 100% quality of the Foreclosure Reports
2) Maintain 100% efficiency of production of Foreclosure Reports
3) Maintain 100% efficiency of production of Title Updates.

Responsibilities :
- Follow up with abstract vendors to effect the delivery of title work, follow up with closing agents to determine if closings have taken place.
- Type foreclosure report and prepare for review then deliver same to the foreclosure attorneys.
- Order insured closing letters for newly opened origination files; order payoffs on origination closing files.
- Order estoppels when needed for closing files, order and prepare updates to title work.

Desired Profile:
Required/Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:
Graduate Degree
Math Skills and Fluent English required.
