How to redirect the page with submited datas

i have problem while redirect my webpage if its not loading properly....

How to  redirect the page with submited data....

After filled a form and submit.... when its trying load the next page..... if any problem occurs

i want to redirect that page with all su submited data......

just want to know the concept.... can any one clear doubt......
