New animation training institute

VIJAYAWADA: The Element School of Visual Arts, a new training institution opened in Corporate Centre building on M.G. Road, will be providing training for students in 3D animation and visual effects, said its director Paladugu Mahesh Kumar at a press conference on Saturday.

He said highly talented instructors, who worked for several Indian blockbuster films like Jodha Akbar, Tare Zameen Par, Kidnap and so on, and also for a couple of Walt Disney movies, will train the students.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar, a student of the Vancouver Film School, Canada, said a good number of students from coastal districts were receiving such training in places like Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai, spending huge amounts of money. The institute has been set up here to provide high quality training at affordable prices. The institute would provide animation and visual effects training, advanced digital 3d programmes, internship programme for the best students from each batch and placements in different production studios across the world.
