This role will suit someone who is looking for a fresh and exciting challenge as a Flash developer within a very successful and growing team.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate the relevant level of both design and technical skills and also be able to provide a portfolio of previous works.

Major Job Responsibilities :
- Working on the technical development of Flash applications and courses
- Creating rapid prototypes in Flash, taking them through iterative development phases
- Working with and contributing to our existing code base/class library
- Participation and technical consultation throughout all phases of production, from brainstorming to final deployment
- Actively contributing in design to help create the most effective and engaging user experience

Desired Candidate Profile :
The ideal candidate will have a passion for development and be able to work individually and within a team.
- At least 1 years of experience using Flash to create interactive applications
- Advanced ActionScripting (AS2, AS3) skills, including strong grasp of OOP principles, is essential
- Strong familiarity with building data-driven applications and using XML with Flash
- Solid experience working with basic web development technologies, including HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc.
- A willingness to experiment with creative solutions combined with rigor and discipline in the organization and documentation of your code
- Ability to be conceptually creative with clients and with the project team
It is essential that all candidates have first class communication skills - both written and verbal. Candidates should be very enthusiastic and have a desire to succeed.
