Job Description

Chartered accountant with atleast 15 years of work experience in manufacturing industries. Experience of working with top management in strategic planning and execution. Contemporary kowledge of contracting, negotiating. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, taxation and cost control principles. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Knowledge of central and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Capability to build and lead effective teams and drive change. Knowledge on company Secretrial functions will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Plan, organize, Implement and Control and Finance & Accounts operations of the company.

* Responsible for formulation of the group's efficiency, internal controls and statutory compliances, transfer pricing mechanisms, accounting policy, Treasury management including raising project long term funding, working capital requirements, managing investments, corporate finance, taxation both direct and indirect and statutory compliances across all groups, formulate and review financial and budgetary controls.

*Ensure compliance with local, state and central reporting requirements and support in obtaining the necessary licenses and insurance required.

* To be a leading management team player, supporting CEO & other team member in implementation of plan.

* Interact with other managers to provide consulatative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports and recommendations. Financial restructuring wherever necessary & raising capital for expansion and growth of businesses.

*Candidates, aged 40-50, must possess ACA/FCA & ACS qualfn. and 15-18 years expereience in manufacturing/Automobile Mfg. industry and full exposure to all Finance & Accounts and Secretarial functions in ERP . Job Location : Chennai.

* To operate as financial controller and Head of the Finance & Accounts Dept. for itsend to end operation and also to work as Company Secretary. Should be preferably from manufacturing industry.

2a) Domestic Operations:

4. Joint Ventures / Collaborations:

A joint venture with US based company M/s. Essex Speciality Products Inc., (Dow Automotive), Michigan, has been signed and a new company has been formed in the name of M/s. Anabond Essex India (P) Ltd., and it is manufacturing Paint Shop, Body shop, Trim shop and DG Sealants for Automobile manufacturing companies. This Company has obtained QS 9000.

We have collaborated with M/s. Taoka Chemical Company Limited, Japan (A Group of Sumitomo Company) for manufacturing Cyanoacrylate Adhesive in the name of Anabond Taoka India Private Limited.

DRDO-Ministry of Defense funded for manufacturing and supplying of products for their Missile programme.
