Job Description:
Walk-in for Technical Support Associate on 20th & 21 Apr- 0 to 1.6 years at AMAZON Office

Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 to 1.6 year of Technical Support Experience [non-voice]
- Experience in Technical Support [BPO/ITES] is preferred
- Fresher's with Excellent Communication Skills are also invited
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills
- Education: Should be a graduate
MANDATORY: Should have secured at least 65 marks and above in English in 10th and 12th

- Amazon Services is searching for a Technical Support Associate to join our team.
- Technical Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon.com and our business partners. In this position, applicants will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform. Candidates will be comfortable both in a self-sufficient role, as well as one of team support and interaction. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of working with projects to their completion.
- Essential to this role is the ability to multitask in an environment of competing demands, both internal and external to the company. Applicants will be expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements.
- Outstanding analytical and technical skills including working knowledge of MS Excel are a requirement in order to be successful in this role. In addition, a proven ability to make sound business decisions that reflect both Amazon.com policies as well as the needs of the Merchants is required.
- Technical Support Associate has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon.com; therefore a strong record of customer focus is extremely desirable.
