Writing required after a Meeting

As i understood every time that taking notes during and after meeting should be forwarded the meet party also.

Which could help either both of them to rewind and say what we have discussed earlier.

May be i will be send Minutes Of Meeting not only to customer, but also to all my meetings now. 

Hope everyone will also use the same method like what i have learn't.
