Zotac and Palit Launch Variants of GeForce GTX 275 Graphics Card


Zotac and Palit today launched their variants of the GeForce GTX 275 graphics cards. According to press releases, the new cards are powered by the 2nd Generation Nvidia Unified Architecture with 240 stream processors and support DirectX 10, OpenGL 3.0, Nvidia CUDA and PhysX powered games and applications. The cards use 896MB of GDDR3 memory technology and a 448-bit memory interface.

Along with the standard version of the GTX 275, Zotac has also launched the GeForce GTX 275 AMP! Edition that sports a tweaked GeForce GTX 275 graphics processor and faster clocked GDDR3 memory. It has a core clock speed of 702MHz, memory clock speed of 2520MHz and shader clock speed of 1512MHz. Both Zotac cards also come with a full version of GRID- a racing game that features realistic graphics and physics.

The Palit GTX 275 sports a dual fan cooling system and comes with two PWM fans and three heat-pipes along with a 4-phase PWM GPU power circuit.
