Testing Engineer - Integration testing

Job Description:
Experience with multi-team development projects, involving integration testing

Desired Profile:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Exceptional Bachelor's degree qualifications in a relevant tertiary discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- Background and experience in testing procedures and documentation
- Ability to think "outside the box" to create thorough complete test scenarios
- Linux/RedHat Enterprise experience (incl. Kickstart files, RPMs, Installation)
- Networking and related equipment knowledge
- Firewall knowledge/experience
- Minimum 3 yrs testing experience

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with multi-team development projects, involving integration testing
- Experience with Shell, Perl and python scripting languages
- Experience in setting up and maintaining lab equipment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and maintain software integration test plan and specification
- Execute end to end test cases against integrated product, involving various application running in single environment
- Plan and manage test equipment needs
- Perform documentation tasks as required
- Participate in reviews of project deliverables
- Provide Integration test status reports
- Ongoing technical and professional development
