Employees are made only by the good management

Today, my admin gave some brief philosophy to my employees that time am not in desk..bcz am little bit busy in my personnel..

so, i forg to drop my phone break in the attendance log..

he asked me and said, : If you follow the norms, then your people will follow up u" if you are not in track then others will not follow. they thought the

procedure who made the person is not follow, then why should I ?

so, what i learned is, the good disciples or good employees are made only by the good management.
