300 teachers to attend seminar

PUDUCHERRY: The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) along with Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is conducting a seminar on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education for teachers on Saturday. According to a release, it would focus on 'Global experiences and India practices.' The director of Centre for Human Development, Administrative Staff College of India, Usha Reddi, would speak on the role and benefits of ICT in improving the standard of education.

Nearly 300 teachers would take part in the seminar.
