We have an urgent opening for "Customer Service Executive" for MNC's @ Hyderabad

Job Description
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries
• Electronically process data and respond to customers queries pertaining to banking transaction from HSBC offices across the globe

Skills Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
• Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Good keyboard skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts

Academic Qualifications: Graduation / 12th pass certificate
Years of Experience: 0 - 2 years working experience desired
Type of Experience: BPO experience will be added advantage
Type of Opening: Full Time
Location: Hyderabad

1. Aptitude Test (pure grammar – 60 Marks 30 minutes)
