Job Title : HYDERABAD CALLING!!!!! - NON ENGINEERS FOR VOICE TECH SUPPORT 
  Job Description : Support customers via phone.
Resolve Technical Queries.
Identifying opportunities for sales and offering the right solutions to the customers.
Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving
Developing customer rapport and ensuring that customers have positive image of the company
Demonstrate strong work ethics by maintaining confidentiality of information
Ability to learn and apply detailed procedures
Working effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment to meet and exceed customer expectations
Probing and discovering customers true needs and understand customer view point
Ensuring proper and clear communication in a concise manner, using correct vocabulary, grammar and sentence construction
Handle complaints and objections affectively without escalation.
Transfer incorrect customer contact to the correct department.
  Eligibility : Candidate Specifications

- Any undergraduate, graduate, post graduate, diploma or equivalent
ENGINEERS /TECHNICAL DIPLOMA HOLDERS NEED NOT APPLY
- Total Experience - 0-2 years of experience. Previous experience in the Technical Support or call centre is preferential.
- Age between 18 yrs - 40 yrs.

Critical Skills Required

- Good Spoken English with a Neutral accent
- Good lexical and grammatical ability
- Excellent customer service and soft skills
- Basic Understanding of Technical concepts

Good to Have Skills

- Conversational skills and ability to build rapport
- Any sales experience
- Typing Speed
