Caliber Point, Oracle partner to offer HRO solutions

Hexaware's wholly owned BPO subsidiary, Caliber Point Business Solutions, has signed an agreement with Oracle to offer Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) offerings with Caliber Point's HR consulting and services to customers under the "BPO Powered by Oracle" program.

Caliber Point will now add multi-process HR solutions such as workforce administration, payroll and recruitment across multiple geographies to its service portfolio by leveraging Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management and the Oracle® E-Business Suite Human Resource Management System.

The solution is designed on a "pay-as-you-use" model that helps reduce risk and the need for upfront capital investment usually associated with such HR re-engineering and outsourcing initiatives. This integrated solution covers a complete range of licensing, implementation, hosting, IT support along with BPO services.
