1. Should have worked in Java/J2EE applications.
2. Should be expertise in Webservices.
3. Knowledge on Jboss is Mandatory
4. Should have good experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) - preferably JBoss ESB.
5. Should have a very strong Knowledge in XML/XSL.
6. Must be familiar with Hibernate/Spring Frameworks.
