Avoid occurrence of errors and take preventive measures to eliminate repetition of errors. Process the necessary documentation and online forms in an efficient, cost-effective and lawful manner. Comply with security measures dictated either by law or by clients. Follow instructions and implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures. Perform administrative tasks as instructed by Team Leader. Adhere to process and account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operation. Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner & escalate difficulties as defined in SOPs / IOPs. Engage customer to understand their business to impact their buying decision. Which should translate to revenue and incremental business for MaerskWe are looking for 2 - 4 years of experience in international non-voice process. Excellent command of spoken and written English Preferable have experience in international call (cold calling) / email / chat support process Experience in working with salesforce will be an added advantage. Must be flexible to work in continuous night shifts (5pm to 2am, 7pm to 4am and 9pm 6am) Effective communication skill and interpersonal skill, be able to build good working relationship (internal and external) Experience in SCM/Procurement will be added advantage for the role Experience in directly interacting with customers Organisational and Time management skills: multi-tasking and prioritising, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, support positive changes Initiative: Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or before the situation warrants it Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Can see hidden problems and looks beyond the obvious for answers Excellent team player and have top notch collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders Drive for Results Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
