About the Programme

The One Year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Business Transformation is offered in academic collaboration with EGSM, Switzerland; ISUGA, France and Essex Business School, UK. The candidates have an option to earn twin certification from EABS and its partner university. EABS, along with partner university, would offer Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). The partner institution would host upto 4 weeks Overseas Leadership Module at Switzerland / France / UK.

The one year highly-intensive PGP - Business Transformation is divided into three terms: -

General Business Transformation Leadership Module (4 Months) - In this module, participants would undergo the compulsory core courses along with workshops and exposure to domain specific tools in retail, financial services and information technology.

Domain Specialization Module (4 Months) - In this module, participants would pick up electives of their choices from the list of electives provided. Participants are encouraged to do project research in the area of their specialization to gain substantial knowledge in the related schema.

International Leadership Module (4 Months) - The international leadership module has two phases. Phase 1 will be international exposure, student have a choice of studying for 1 month at EABS partner institutions like EGSM, Switzerland; ISUGA, France; or Essex Business School, UK. In Phase 2, the participants would undergo internship of 6-8 weeks in the designated departments of partner companies in India / abroad.

Target Participants

The profile of the target participant would be a bright graduate with 1-3 years of experience in the industry. Applications are invited from all interested candidates across India.
Candidates would be asked to appear for the Aptitude Test followed by a Personal Interview. Fresh graduates with good communication skills and sound academic records are encouraged to apply for this Programme.

Selection Criteria

The Selection Committee at EABS comprises of both, academics and industry specialists. The selection is focused on a combination of factors - the candidate's academic results, test scores, evidence of leadership & motivation, letters of recommendation (desired), level of job responsibility and work history, and their unique talents and contributions in the past. Applicants are reviewed on their potential for successful performance in graduate studies and their competitiveness within the current applicant pool.

* Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT)
* Xavier's Aptitude Test (XAT)
* EABS Aptitude Test (to be administered by the college on 1 February 2008
Note: CAT / XAT / GMAT Scores taken within two years are valid. The IIMs / XLRI have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the Programme.

Apply for the EABS Graduate Programme by filling in an Application Form. Application Forms can be obtained from Europe Asia Business School (EABS) Office in Pune against a Fee to be tendered by way of DD / Cash payment of Rs. 1,100/- (Rs. Eleven Hundred Only). Application Forms can also be downloaded from the EABS website home page - www.eabs.ac.in.

Applicants downloading the Application Form can send in the form fee (along with completed Application Form) of Rs. 1,100/- (Rs. Eleven Hundred Only) by either a DD or Cheque, made in favour of 'Europe Asia Business School' payable at Pune. Visit the 'Contact Us' page for complete address and phone no.

To register for the EABS Aptitude Test, please send in a mail to admissions@eabs.ac.in or contact our Admission Office. There is no separate fees for test. You will receive a mailer from us a few days before the test date, confirming your participation in the test. This test will be conducted at the EABS Campus at Pune (Refer the 'Contact Us' section for MAP). The test may be conducted at other centers in India depending on request received from candidates.
