Broken on IRP_MJ_READ in Current Oplock

This only applies when a STREAM is being read. If a Read-only transaction is in progress this check is not made.

Current Oplock
   

Broken on IRP_MJ_READ when:

Level 1 (exclusive)

Batch (exclusive)
   

    * Break to Level 2 if the read operation occurs on a different handle from the handle the oplock was granted on
    * An ACK must be received before the operation continues

Level 2 (shared)

Filter (exclusive)
   

    * The oplock is not broken, no ACK is required and the operation proceeds immediately
