Graduate teachers for review of rules

PUDUCHERRY: The Unemployed B.Ed. Graduate Teachers' Welfare Association has urged the government to review the recruitment rules for teachers and post them through direct recruitment.

According to a release, the association said that there were 4,674 unemployed graduate teachers in the Union Territory waiting for posts of teachers. The government should review the recruitment rules to accommodate the teachers 100 per cent through direct recruitment.
