SRM Technologies Private Limited was started in 1998 with a focus towards the Japanese market. Since then, our team has grown and we now are a team of 250 highly skilled and trained professionals offering a dynamic blend of software services and solutions to meet the requirements of clients in Japan and Singapore.

2. HEAD - HR

A HR professional with a minimum experience of 8 years in the IT industry to handle the entire gamut of HR activities covering recruitment, training, compensation management, performance management, career management, legal and statutory compliance.

Facilitate smooth implementation of HR systems, policies and procedures. Continuous Learning & Development for every employee focusing on Technology, Process, Domain and Soft skills.

3. HEAD – INFRASTRUCTURE AND NETWORKING SYSTEMS

An engineering professional with at least 8 years of experience in networking and systems of which at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Experience in Managing Large Networks
Cisco or Microsoft Certification Preferred
Strong in networking concepts [Switching, Routing, NMS, Security, etc
Strong in system concepts [DNS, DHCP, ADS, ISA, Mail servers, etc
Experience in Campus Area Networking will be an added Advantage
