Company will calculate as a Head count and not male or female count.

Women are not required on Night Shifts and its unnecessary too.

No Call Center customer need to hear any different in voices rather, they want there problem should be solved. Let it to a talented male person rather than a soft useless female Voice which will extend the issue.
