Job Description

1.You will be responsible for Overall Accounting, Payables and Receivables, MIS/ Costing/ Budgeting, - Banking/ Cash Flow/ Inventory Accounting, Sales Tax/ VAT, Excise/PF/ESI, Taxation/ Income Tax, Service Tax, FBT and other statutory compliance etc.
2.Liaise with banks officers and dealers and renew yearly Banker Guarantee.
3.Update Insurance Agent of changes to policy such as addition reduction or amendment when required.
4.Supporting the statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit of the company
5.Independently handle MIS of an entity, monthly preparation & analysis of Financial Statements.
6.Assist to liaise with suppliers when required.
7.Responsible of Monthly departmental Payroll figures. Monthly reports of employees saving and cheque to be paid to employees.
8.Monthly Financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance sheet & Trial balance need to Update to the head of the department.
9.cash flow, variance analysis, review and consolidate accounts and financials on timely basis,
10.Responsible of preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation Report.
11.Managing the day to day bank related transactions.
12.To carry out other duties and assignments as and when required by your HOD and the Top Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must possess at least a (Graduate or Post graduate)
At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment
Knowledge of ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office Good communication skills and a team player
Good knowledge of custom procedures and tax deducted at source requirements
Able to handle full set of manufacturing accounts under tight deadline
Hardworking & hands-on preferred
