• Practice good human relations.
• Keep your balance - when things go behind schedule. Things can go wrong in the best managed places sometimes. Often people behave in aggressive manner. You should keep your cool. Instead use a little tact and diplomacy.

Control your temper, be cooperative. Have enthusiasm, persistence.

• Wear a warm, friendly smile.
• Put in your best effort.
• You should not be idling or trifling. There are some people who do not do justice to their work, but also advise others not to go fast in their work because that will only bring them more work, no recognition or monetary benefit. Besides, some disgruntled elements argue, "jitna paisa utna kam" (work as per payment). This policy does not pay in the long run. It stultifies your progress. Be sincere. Cut out gossips. They get noticed and your ratings are evaluated accordingly.
