Job Specifications for the position of Customer Support Officer (CSO)-Voice Process

Graduates / Diploma holders (10 + 2 + 3 years of education). Those pursuing final year graduation through correspondence are also eligible. 12th passouts with prior international call center experience will also be considered.
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to work in night shifts
Age between 18yrs to 32 years

Interview Process
1st Round – Personal Interview [Ex-Tempo] – 10 Minutes
2nd Round – Written Test – 10 Minutes
3rd Round - Listening Test – 15 Minutes.
Final Round - Personal Interview
