Mostly All Engineers are including this Skills... But You Should Mention the Specific AREA which you are strong in this Techincal Skills...
(For Ex: Pointers in C,  Frames Concepts in HTML, etc )

That will be some what High Lighted and shows Different From Others Resume....

Your Experience is Well.. And if Possible Include Which Area(or Platform) you Worked as Customer Support Engineer....

And Finally Explain Little more about your Academic Project ....

Check out the following Advantages & Corrections to be made in your resume :

* Your Way of Presenting is Good, try to increase 1pt of size in your name.

* And no need of mention the title as Curriculum Vitae or Resume, instead of that mention your name as little bit bright.

* Career Objective should not cross the more than 2 lines.Make it sure

* Educational part is good, some people may expect the year of passed out..but thats not mandatory..

* And try to give your participation in your nature of job, what u mentioned is clear but it never talk abt ur working path.

* Give more clearance in the section Experience.Could you tell wat u did after 2006.

* The Way of presenting your project details under 3 formats :

   Title : Name of  the Project

   Team Size : No.of Person(s) Participation

   Technology : Mention the Platform

    Description : Make sure it ill not cross more than 3 lines

* If present your Activities and Honors in Bullet, it comes in front and talk abt urself in interview

* And no need of declaration in bottom of the resume, what it says to company is :
 
   "I Dont have trust in myself to present all kind of thoughts / Infos".

So, instead of 2 pages content ill not prove you, but 2lines helping you to make trust. Never Prakash.....
