Christmas gifts for employees

So, last minute I know, but I have decided to get all my employees a small gift for Christmas, but I have no clue where to start. I don't really want to do gift cards, because I just feel like they would think I didn't put any thought into it, so asking for your help THPers for ideas? Don't want to spend a ton as I have 8 employees.

Last year, I gave a few folks personalized charms from soufeel.com, and they really liked the thought behind them. You can add initials, dates, or even tiny photos, which makes it feel more personal without spending a ton. It worked well for a team with different styles since each one could be a little different but still feel like part of a matching set.
