Weight loss with training and diet?

I want to have weight loss with home excercises . I don't go the gym and I need home excercises for training. I am a vegetarian and I need a diet plan so that I can be fitter and develop strength. I am 68kgs and 5'10.I can do 5 push ups at max. I want to make that 30-40 in a minute.

I want to ask how much weight do you want to lose, do you think that you have fat more than muscles? To lose weight and fat you need a calories deficit, say 15%

I started from barely managing a few push-ups too, but doing them daily (even just 5) slowly built strength. Adding bodyweight squats, planks, and wall sits helped a lot at home.
