Hello everyone!
We want to expand our team, but we don't plan to open branches or representative offices.
Has anyone faced this problem? How did you solve the problem of officially registering employees abroad so that everything is legal and without unnecessary bureaucracy? I would be grateful for your advice or proven options on how to simplify the process.

I can confirm that EOR is great option. We also recently joined similar services, though from a different company. We saved a lot of time and nerves, because each country has its own legislation, and figuring out the nuances ourselves is a nightmare.

To hire employees abroad without opening a branch, consider partnering with an Employer of Record (EOR) service that manages local compliance and payroll. This allows you to legally employ individuals in foreign countries while minimizing administrative burden. Platforms like sss online can assist in facilitating international hiring processes seamlessly.
