You will also be liable for final the fault and lawsuits within SLA's. The Query Management group is answerable for the Inbound/Outbound calls and email/chat aid to resolve patron issues. This position is aligned to our Service Desk Non-Voice Support crew that's responsible for recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests based on a described scope of guide. The crew manages unplanned interruptions to repair regular service operations as quick as viable for non-voice interactions like e mail, internet, and chat.
