After being contacted, the owners of the Classic 350 motorcycle will be asked to bring the motorcycle to the service centre, where Royal Enfield will rectify the potential issue related to its rear brakes.

The statement also said that the customers can also proactively visit the Royal Enfield website, reach out to their local Royal Enfield Workshops, or call Royal Enfield toll-free number(1800-210-007) to check if their motorcycle falls under the recall.

"At Royal Enfield, we have robust and rigorous testing and development protocols, and adhere to global validation standards of quality and durability. Said the statement regarding the recalls.
