We are looking out for the 2020 & 2021 fresher, who would join us immediately.

JOB TITLE: Customer Support Officer

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Any Graduates / Diploma ( BE & B.tech can also apply)

Should possess Good communication skills in English & TAMIL OR HINDI OR TELUGU OR MALAYALAM

Age should be below 26 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer support for JIO Customer in TamilNadu.

Handle calls from Chennai customer positively and professionally.

Provide Feedback solutions to issues that have been raised.

Deal with a wide range of potential information & database.

Salary: 9500 /- to 14500/- fixed CTC + Bonus + Incentives.

Job Timings: Day Shift Timings

Work Location: Chennai.

Interview Days: Monday to Friday

Interview Timings : 10am (Slot 1) or 2.30pm(Slot 2)
