Roles and Responsibilities

·Managing End-to-End IT Recruitment in Permanent and Contract Hiring for IT candidates

·Having good experience in Niche Technology hiring

·Define job description and document specifications

. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

·Create a candidate persona for each open position

·Comfortable in various recruiting techniques: Job Posting, Resume Searching, Internal Database etc. (Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook and Employee Referrals)

·Talent attraction and acquisition

·Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

·Recruitment metrics and reporting
·Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
