Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.What you will be doingProvides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance and resource consumption.This position is required to work 24/7 including the weekend. The team will be asked to work any 5 days and 2 days will be their regular comp-off..What you bring:6 to 10 Years in Java Dev and Support Experience to play Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Role.Good experience of Unix/Linux based applications, including a very good knowledge in Unix/Linux commands.Good Experience in Control M or Any Job Scheduling Tool.Good Experience in WebSphere,Oracle & SQL Server Database, ServiceNow (SNOW), Dynatrace, Splunk, TEP required.Knowledge on Bit Bucket, JENKINS, REST Webservices are preferred.Added bonus if you have:Knowledge of FIS products and servicesKnowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organizationKnowledge of financial services industryWhat we offer youAn exciting opportunity be a part of Worlds Leading FinTech Product MNCTo be a part of vibrant team and to build up a career on core banking/payments domainA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities FIS is your final career step!A broad range of professional education and personal development opportunities
