The institute is inviting applications for contract-basis positions. Here are the open positions that the institute is hiring for.

1. Senior Analyst

Job Description:

Acting as resource person for handling critical incident and performing analytical tasks in area of malware, artefact analysis, cyber forensic, threat hunting, breach investigation, log analysis etc.

Data scientists including operationalisation of big data analytics.

Tracking cyber threats, vulnerability reported in various systems, preparation of vulnerabilities notes and advisories for publishing on the website of CERT-In.

Tracking of emerging threats, wider exploitation of vulnerabilities.

Finding new vulnerabilities in s/q widely used in the constituency.

Analysis and taking action of reported vulnerabilities.

2. Cybersecurity audit and VAPT

Responsibilities:

Web application and mobile application auditing (including Android and iOS).

Source code vulnerability auditing and security testing tool.

Research and development of the solution to mitigate application-level attacks.

Review third party libraries.

3. Analyst/developer/auditor (expert areas)

Responsibilities:

Tracking of cyber threats, vulnerabilities and analysis.

Preparation of guidelines, case studies and white papers.

Providing assistance to senior analysts for tracking of incidents such as website intrusion, spam, vulnerable and open services such as Open DNS, open NTP, exposed databases.

Determination of operational and implementation feasibility by evaluation of problem definition, requirement analysis, solution design development.

Preparation of specifications, design, flowcharts, layouts etc.

Web application and application auditing.

Source code review.

ISMS audits.
