Top budget smartphones coming to India this month


Tech companies will be launching three new budget smartphones in India this month. The list includes the Samsung Galaxy M31s, Infinix 4 Plus and the Realme 6i.

Xiaomi on Monday launched the Redmi Note 9 in India. The newly launched smartphones that joins the likes of the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max will go on sale in India on July 24.

To give you a quick brief about the pricing, the Redmi Note 9 is available in India in three variants. The base variant, which consists of 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space, costs ₹11,999. The top variant consisting of 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space costs ₹14,999. There is also a 4GB RAM and 128GB storage space variant that costs ₹13,999.

Xiaomi has launched its next-generation smartphone for the budget buyers. But the list doesn't end there. Tech companies are launching a bunch of new budget smartphones in India later this month.

So, here are the top budget smartphones coming to India in July:

Samsung Galaxy M31s

The Samsung Galaxy M31s will launch in India on July 30 and it will be available via Amazon India. The phone is already listed on the e-retail platform, which gives us a glimpse of the phone's design. The listing shows that the Galaxy M31s will come with a vertically stacked quad rear camera setup that is placed in a rectangular camera module. On the front, the phone will have a punch-hole display. The phone will come with dual-tone colour scheme. The Galaxy M31s is expected to be priced under ₹20,000.

Infinix 4 Plus

Infinix will launch the Infinix 4 Plus smartphone in India on July 21. The company has been teasing details about its upcoming smartphone on its social media handles. These listings reveal that the Infinix 4 Plus will come with a 6.82-inch display and a 6,000mAh battery. The Infinix 4 Plus is expected to be priced under ₹15,000.

Realme 6i

Realme will launch its next generation budget smartphone, the Realme 6i, in India on July 24. The upcoming smartphone is already listed on Flipkart. The Flipkart listing reveals that the phone will come with a quad-rear camera setup with a punch hole display in the front that is placed towards the left side of the screen. The listing also reveals that the Realme 6i will be powered by MediaTek Helio G90T processor. It is expected to be priced under ₹15,000.

In addition to the above mentioned smartphones, Asus will be launching a new premium budget gaming smartphone, the Asus ROG Phone 3, in India this month. The phone will be making a debut in India on July 22. It is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC and be powered by up to 16GB of RAM and a 6,000mAh battery.
