3. State the provisions with regard to fixation of wage periods and time of payment of wages as per payment of wages Act, 1936.

4. Describe the penalties levied for not paying the minimum wages under minimum wages Act, 1948.

5. What are the matters to be provided for in the standing orders under the industrial employment Act 1946?

6. What are the liabilities by trade union?

7. Explain whether gratuity is payable on retrenchment.

8. Point out the objectives of trade union Act, 1926.

15. Describe the importance of maintenance of records and registers under the minimum wages Act, 1948.
