Heavy rains are expected in many parts of Kerala ahead of the monsoon. As a result, floodwaters in cities are flooding the roads. Wayanad district under Wayanad constituency where Rahul Gandhi was elected as Congress MP in Kerala has received heavy rains for the last 3 days.

Of these, houses, buildings and cottage areas are surrounded by water. The road is full of water and looks like a pool. The normal life of the people is greatly affected. On the one hand, people are suffering from the rains on the other hand in the environment where corona effects are plaguing Kerala.

A landslide has occurred in Rajamala area of ​​Idukki district of Kerala today. Upon receiving the information, police and fire officials rushed to the scene.

The Periyar River overflows due to continuous rains. Thus, the Shiva temple in Aluva was submerged in the flood waters. The bridge around it is also submerged.
