Joint Entrance Examination in short JEE Main is conducted to offer admissions to interested candidates in undergraduate engineering programmes at NITs (National Institutes of Technology), IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology) and other centrally funded technical institutions (CFTIs) located across the country.

JEE Main 2016 dates have been announced. The Offline exam will be held on April 3, while, the Online exam will be held on April 9 and 10, 2016.
