Job Description:

Position: Technical Support Executive

Location: Bangalore

Segment: Retail (Premium Apple Reseller)

Purpose: Handling front-end customer queries / issues in the store related to (Mobile, Laptop & Desktop)

Shift: Day Shift

Customer service / Front-end customer handling in the store.
Handling customer queries / issues in the store related to (Phone, Laptop & Desktop).
Troubleshooting of technical related issue and ensure to resolve.
Knowledge on computer hardware, networking & Software.
Excellent verbal & written communication skill.
Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at customer delight.
Should be technically sound.
Self driven & goal oriented.

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required

PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
