1. What is Consideration? State the legal rules
regarding consideration.

2. Who are not competent to enter into a valid
contract according to the Indian Contract Act
1872?

3. Define the term ‘Law’. State the main sources of
Mercantile Law.

4. Distinguish between a contract of indemnity and a
contract of Guarantee.

5. Discuss the duties of an Agent.

6. Explain the rules as to Delivery of Goods.

7. What are the circumstances under which a firm
may be dissolved?

8. What is Marine Insurance? State its various types.

9. Define Contract. State the essential elements of a
valid contract.

seller? What are his rights?

13. List out the basic principles of Insurance.
