The company presently operates with a team of over 5700 dedicated and well trained resources, which are spread across various locations in India, and offers outsourcing support services in various banking backoffice Processing Operations such as Retail Liability, Retail Assets, Credit Card Operations and Corporate Banking Operations such as Cash Management, Clearing, Trade Finance & DP Operations.Our Objective is to expand present scale of operations and aim to be a one stop Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Unit for Banks and Financial Institutions. Position - Customer Service/Client Servicing Executives
Job Profile: Managing customer calls and tracking of customer feedbacks, complaints and provide MIS to principals.
