Description
Provide Remote desktop management services on Windows operating systems and standard applications over phone, email and chat. Resolve customer queries on both technical and process related issues in a 24x7 corporate IT support environment.
Continually develop technical and process efficiency as required by the evolving customer environment and act as the face of the IT Service Management team.

Strong listening and analytical skills to understand issues of the customer and deal with the professionally and patiently. Ability to think out of the box and go beyond the call of duty in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Exposure to troubleshooting and resolving issues within Windows OS environment and standard MS applications, e.g. Office.
Foundation in computer hardware and basic networking with specific understanding of IP addressing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to multi-task
Good learning skills with an aptitude to consistently improve them on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
At least a 10+2+3 degree/diploma with a strong exposure to computers.
Microsoft or Cisco associate level certifications desirable.

Experience:
At least 6 months in a similar role.
Exceptionally motivated freshers with strong communication and technical skills can be considered.
