Medical staff braces for agitation

HYDERARBAD: The AP Medical Employees' Union has called upon all the departmental staffers across the State to be prepared for a concerted action during the Assembly session next month if the government fails to concede their demands and take remedial steps to restore normalcy in the hospital services. The State council of the union on Saturday protested against the inordinate delay in filling of promotional posts of nurses and paramedical staffand discrimination in payment of allowances.
