Job Description
-Providing leadership that will create and maintain a well-motivated, competent multidisciplinary team.
-Must be have 3 to 4 years exp in collections back ground.
-Should Possess Excellent client management skills and Deep understanding of AR Cycle - from billing to collections
-Team motivation, team building and team target achievement.
-Recruitment for the process.
-Control of Attrition
Desired Candidate Profile
-Must have handled a team of more than 50 Customer Service Associates/Tele marketing Associates from an outbound process.
-Must be from a Banking/Financial/ITES Industry.
-Must be good in M S Office tools.
-Candidates from strong collections back ground only preferred.
