In my summary i have explained what i did in my past experience and in the skills i have told about my skills...
And could you pls tell me why should we need to have photo in our resume....?
Could you pls give me suggestions for the conclution part...?

The reason why i dint give the carrier objective is when we have one on one we need something to talk about our self, so the carrier objective will be the right choice to talk about...

For Mentioning  Carrier Objective -  If You are Meeting one to one then its OK !!

Incase of Sending your Resume in Mail (For Ex You Have Posted your Resume Here)
