Hi Melav...

Your Resume is attractive...

Summary Looks So Good

But Check the Summary and Skills

Both Mentioning the Same Details.. You  Already  explained in Summary about Your Skills..Check it...

There is No Photo..

And at the Bottom There is No Finishing...
Just finishing with Project Experience...

Try To Give some conclusion....

What about the Career Objective ?

In my summary i have explained what i did in my past experience and in the skills i have told about my skills...
And could you pls tell me why should we need to have photo in our resume....?
Could you pls give me suggestions for the conclution part...?

The reason why i dint give the carrier objective is when we have one on one we need something to talk about our self, so the carrier objective will be the right choice to talk about...   :confused

Hi Malev..

For Mentioning  Carrier Objective -  If You are Meeting one to one then its OK !!

Incase of Sending your Resume in Mail (For Ex You Have Posted your Resume Here)

In these Cases How could others (HR) can analyze yours Objective or Your Nature etc .... ?
