Scholarship for minority students

VIZIANAGARAM: Applications are invited from minority students for scholarship for 2009-10.

Executive Director of Minority Finance Corporation Amjad Ali, in a release, asked students to download application forms from the website – www.apsfmc.com – and send the filled-in application forms to his office at Collector’s Office through respective colleges.

The last date for pre-matric and post-matric (renewals) is August 31 and that of post-matric scholarships (fresher) September 30.

BITE Scholarship

CHENNAI: The British Institute of Technology and E-Commerce (BITE), London, has announced a scholarship for its Master’s programme.

Students can opt for MBA in Banking and Finance, M.Sc in Innovative Technology, M.Sc in Nano Technology, LLB and other technology programmes for its September/October 2009 intake.

The programme also entails additional two years in the U.K. under the Post Study work visa scheme, which permits students to gain two years work experience, said a press release said.
